Under the United Kingdom's and EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase
of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. Any foods returned must be unopened.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, starting the day after you receive your goods. Please pack the relevant items securely and send them to us in their original packaging with the delivery slip. In order that the postal and delivery dates are recorded and for your protection in the case of loss, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in
error or the item is faulty in which case we will pay for the return. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund either the full amount or the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Scarletts accepts no liability for damage or injury while using any of its products and always recommends birds are supervised while using them.
Payments are taken using a secure merchant service facility, all goods must be paid for before dispatch and all cheques cleared.
Once you have placed your order and your payment has been accepted a legally binding contract has then been formed that we will despatch the goods to you, and your authentic payment is accepted for the goods.
All prices are subject to change, goods will be charged at the price advertised on our website at the time of order. Accidental errors can occasionally occur and will be corrected as soon as possible, should a wrong price be displayed on the website the actual price will be chargeable.
All orders are subject to a postage and packaging charge which must be adhered to, there are certain areas outside uk mainland which we cannot deliver to.
You must undertake that all details you give us are correct and there are sufficient funds to cover the payment, and that the credit/debit card is your own.

Our size guides are there as a guide only, all birds should be judged by the owner as individuals and bought for accordingly.
Postage
Postage on all orders is £5.99
All orders over £100 delivered free, this does not include Scottish Highlands where there will be a surcharge of an extra £13 on top of the original delivery price. Offer discludes large quantities of nuts and some cages.
Sometimes our automated systems charge a set delivery amount, should an event occur where you feel this is too high please contact us.
UK Mainland deliveries only.
We now deliver to all Ireland areas. Postage costs vary due to areas and weight of order. Please e.mail orders through to be weighed and carriage calculated. Competetive delivery prices. Alternatively shop online using the Ireland/Scottish Highlands section in the scroll bar to the left.
Delivery
Orders will be despatched within 24 hours on the next working day providing all goods are in stock. Should something be out of stock we will call you to see how you wish to proceed with your order.
Orders should be recieved within 24-48 hours of despatch, although this cannot be guaranteed.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail or Secure Courier Service to ensure you receive your goods intact and on time.
Deliveries to Ireland should be allowed extra, usually within 2 working days. Please e.mail orders through for delivery to Ireland or use the Ireland/Scottish Highlands Shipping section.
